The objective of the scheme is to rehabilitate the destitute children to live as normal citizen. Food, Accommodation and Education is provided for these children.

Age of the Destitute Children should be between 5 and 18 years of age.  The annual income of the parents or guardian should not exceed Rs. 12000 per annum. Children who do not have either parents or relations, Children of single parent families deprived of adequate family care due to death, desertion, prolonged illness and imprisonment of one of the parents
